Francophone Film Festival
7:00 PM Alliance Française del la Jamaïque

The Alliance Française de la Jamaïque, in association with the Diplomatic Missions of Belgium, Canada and France, presents the 2013 Francophone Film Festival from March 23- April 6.

For two weeks, enjoy the best of French and Francophone cinema at the Alliance Française.

Movies will be shown every Wednesday at 7:30p.m. (one movie) and Saturday at 7p.m. (two movies) during the period.

Admission: $300 for one movie; $500 for two movies on the same day; $1800 for a season pass. FREE for members and students of the Alliance Française de la Jamaïque

French Animation Film Festival

The Alliance française de la Jamaïque puts the animated film in the limelight during our French Animation Film Festival, October 22- 25, 2012.
French animated films as well as Jamaican animated works will be on show. All showings start at 6:45p.m. Admission FREE.

The Alliance française de la Jamaïque, in association with the Diplomatic Missions of Belgium, Canada, France and Senegal, presents the 2012 edition of the Francophone Film Festival to be held March 24, 2012 - April 4, 2012.

Movies will be shown every Wednesday at 8p.m. and every Staurday at 7p.m. and 9p.m. during the period.

All movies are in French with English subtitles.

Fethi Tabet in concert

Internationally acclaimed artiste Fethi Tabet and his musicians perform a unique blend of hot Andalusian-style dance music, influenced by the sounds of destinations such as South America, Africa and the Sub-Sahara.

The group is as diverse as their music with members having Algerian, French, Tunisian, Cameroonian, Malian and Brazilian backgrounds.

Dobet Gnahoré in concert

The Alliance française de la Jamaïque presents Dobet Gnahoré in concert.

Dobet Gnahoré is the 2010 Grammy Award Winner for Best Urban/Alternative Performance, with India Arie. Widely considered as one of contemporary African music's most exciting talents, Gnahoré promises to thrill.
